By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a 1/4

Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.6363/2024/A3 impugned order dated 14.11.2024 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into the service as Village Administrative Officer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Village Administrative Officer and on the basis of complaint lodged by one Murugesan as against the petitioner, he was suspended. Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 14.11.2024, now that the learned counsel for the petitioner is restricted his prayer that if any order is passed giving liberty to the petitioner to send representation for the consideration of the respondents in line with the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022.

5. In view of the above limited prayer, without going into the merits of 2/4

the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to give a liberty to the petitioner to give a representation to the respondents within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such receipt, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law and taking into consideration of G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a further period of six weeks.
