O R D E R

The prayer sought in this contempt petition is to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish them for not obeying the order of this Court dated 05.01.2022 in W.P.No.12523 of 2021.

2. Learned Counsel on either side was present. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2781 of 2022, against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.12523 of 2021, dated 05.01.2022 and the same is pending before this Court.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and pending Writ Appeal, the contempt petition stands closed.
