ORDER

The present contempt petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.01.2022 passed in W.P.No.1234 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/temple made a submission that the authorities have implemented the order passed by this Court on 31.01.2022 in W.P.No.1234 of 2022. Accordingly, an order of eviction under Section 78 of the HR & CE Act was issued in proceeding dated 30.07.2022. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the said order in the manner known to law.
