This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16419 of 2024 dated 19.07.2024 2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.43 of 2024 before the Magistrate concerned, and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
