ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.4 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mamallapuram, Kancheepuram District and quash the same in respect of the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.4 of 2016, after completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, charge sheet was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate's Court.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.4 of 2016, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
