2. Both the Civil Suits were dismissed pursuant to the submission made by the learned counsels on 16.12.2022.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that by oversight the parties had failed to request for refund of Court fee.

4. An affidavit has been filed by the Managing Trustee of the plaintiff requesting for refund of Court fee to the counsel on record. However, the permission of refund of Court fee directly to the counsel cannot be permitted as per the provisions.
