2. The relief claimed in the present writ petition is similar to that of a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.18823, 18813, 20069 and 20129 of 2023. The said batch of writ petitions was decided by this Court vide order dated 05.09.2023.

3. In view of that, the present writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms of the order dated 05.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.18823 of 2023 and etc. batch. There will be no order as to costs.
