O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders within a limited time frame with regard to the issue of fresh legal heir ship certificate to the petitioner, by including all the legal heirs of Thiru Panchaiyappa Goundar who died on 02.12.2000 in the light of the representation dated 17.08.2023 made by the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer has issued summons to the petitioner and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the Revenue Divisional Officer shall consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation after providing opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
