Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the proceedings before the second respondent instituted by the first respondent in TSE Appeal Nos.1/13 of 2006, 1/14 of 2006, 1/15 of 2006 and 1/16 of 2006 respectively, alleging himself to be the person employed in the petitioner company as illegal, without jurisdiction and authority and consequently dismiss the appeal filed by the first respondent pending on the file of the second respondent in T.S.E.Appeal Nos.1/13/2006, 1/14/2006, 1/15/2006 and 1/16/2006 respectively.
