ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307 of I.P.C in Crime No.1201 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused was married the daughter of the deceased. Subsequently, both of them had divorce. Further, the first accused married another woman and the daughter of the deceased married another person. Thereafter, there was a previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused person had attacked the De-facto Complainant and his father and one Murugan with Aruval, due to which, the father of the De-facto Complainant died.

3. It is seen from records that this is the secondbail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.20199 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 01.11.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
