Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 and 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this application. This is the fourth application for anticipatory bail.. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl side) would submit that the petitioners are respectively A3 and A4, the father and mother of the main accused. He would further submit that in this case, the first accused son of the petitioners had run online business in the name of "Ocean Rich" and on the false promise to give Rs.1,666/- per day for the investment of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the depositors, they have collected amount to the tune of Rs.7,77,50,000/- from the friends and relatives of the defacto complainant through bank transaction and they have cheated the investors. accused has transferred huge funds to the accounts of these petitioners. In this case, the main accused was arrested and released on statutory bail and not even a single pie recovered so far from the accused. As far as these petitioners are concerned, huge amount of Rs.1,69,62,000/- has been transferred to their accounts. He would further submit that the details has been extracted in paragraph No. 8 of the counter. Subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petitions on four occasions, there is no change of circumstances.

4.In view of the above, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
