The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 19.01.2016 to the respondent by post. He has also filed postal receipt. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the respondent. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.
