This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Mr.Anbarasu, for which a case in Crime No.4 of 2019 was registered, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that in this case A1 to A3 were arrested and on the confession of the arrested accused, one Sivakumar/A6 was arrested and his confession speaks about the petitioner. He further submitted that as on date he is not required and if required, the petitioner would be called for enquiry.
