ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the guise of the enquiry in Crime No.4 of 2019, the petitioner has been called and unnecessarily harassed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is the relative of Accused No.3 in Crime No.2 of 2019. Accused No.3 had given a confession that a part amount of Rs.30,000/- was handed over to the petitioner. appeared before the respondent Police on 11.11.2021 and thereafter his presence was not necessary.
