(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as such.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. WMP No.25465 of 2024 filed by the petitioners to permit them to join and file a single writ petition stands allowed, inasmuch as separate court fee has been paid. Consequently, the other interim applications stand closed.
