ORDER

Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Sivasubramani, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 2.During the course of hearing of the writ petition, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner died and as such, the writ petition stands abated. He further submits that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have not come on record to pursue the matter.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is to be closed as abated. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if any cause arises. No costs. 20-08-2025 msv 2/4
