ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.9 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant having 2.99 acres agricultural lands situated at New S.No.230/1D, Condition Patta No.9, Perumugai 'B' Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District. One Arumuga Gounder who had created forged documents with the intention of grabbing the above said lands and filed a suit before the III Additional District Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District. Hence this complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
