ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.23294 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23294 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021, has been complied with. He has also produced an order before this Court vide order dated 10.11.2022 bearing reference No.Se.Mu.Aa.Na.Ka.No.Pa and Ne.II (7)/18604/2021 stating that the request of the petitioner has been rejected. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. 2/4

4.Considering the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law.
