This application has been filed by the grand mother of the minor child, Yogasankari, seeking permission for speaking to the minor child, vide video-call for 3 days in one week, from 07.00 p.m to 08.00p.m, pending disposal of the main O.P.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection for the prayer sought for in this application. However, he would submit that the timings should be convenient to the minor child as well as the respondent.

After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court passes the following order: a) The applicant / petitioner is permitted to speak to the minor child vide video-call for 3 days in a week. However, the timings are subject to the convenience of the respondent and the minor child.
