We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the applications to dispense with the certified copy of the impugned order.

The certified copy of the order has been placed before this court and, accordingly, the direction to dispense with the production of the certified copy is not required to be given and these applications are closed.

We have taken note of the limitation pursuant to the certified copy of the impugned order produced before us and we find that the appeals are barred by limitation, thus requiring applications for condonation of delay in filing the appeals to be filed by the petitioner.
