O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners,under the guise of the complaint given by the respondents 2 and 3.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that two complaints filed against the petitioners have been enquired into and closed.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is a civil dispute existing between the petitioners and the respondents 2 and 3 and suits have been filed in O.S.Nos.2640 of 2011 and 5263 of 2011 on the file of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and the same are pending.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that two complaints filed against the petitioners have been enquired into and closed and the fact that suits in O.S.Nos.2640 of 2011 and 5263 of 2011 are pending on the file of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, it is open to the petitioners to agitate their respective legal rights before the competent Civil Court.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
