Respondents Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration that the sale deed dated 10.04.1995, supposed to have been executed by one T.Rangan husband of the 5th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent herein, who is none other than the brother of the 6th respondent herein as null and void, which was registered at the office of the 3rd respondent on 10.04.1995 bearing document No.569/1995, under Section 47-A and 19(B) (4) under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 which is still pending on the file of the 3rd respondent herein.
