O R D E R
By the impugned order dated 21.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.5181 of 2016 in Crime No.3385 of 2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, granted bail to the petitioners on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum for each accused and on further condition that they have to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m.for a period of 90 days. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction modifying the said conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3.Heard both the sides.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.5181 of 2016 in Crime No.3385 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016, in respect of reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., only is modified to the effect that they shall report before the respondent Police as and when required.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
