This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.502 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024 that the petitioner/accused should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem and the sureties should be parents or close relatives or friends are necessary and they produce necessary documents to own a valuable property .

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner does not have any blood relative to execute the condition imposed by the Sessions Court and further not having the solvency certificate for the bond of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, prays for the modification. 3.Taking into consideration the facts of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem. All other conditions remains intact. 2/4
