Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to return back the petitioner's original educational certificates and transfer certificate to the petitioner so as to enable her to join B.Sc., Hotel Management Course in the month of July, 2013.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to return back the petitioner's original educational certificate and transfer certificate so as to enable her to join B.Sc., Hotel Management Course.

2. After notice, the 2nd respondent entered appearance and filed the counter wherein it is stated that the respondent University has returned the educational certificates to the petitioner which have been duly acknowledged by her on 11.07.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above statement may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.
