ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of 0.022 1⁄2 cents out of 1.75.5 ares in Anumandhai Village comprised in Re-survey No.300/9, through a registered Sale Deed dated 27.09.2006 executed by Sivasankaran, S/o.Aavaniyappa Gramani and further purchased a land admeasuring to an extent of 0.32 cents in the very same Re-survey number through a registered Sald Deed dated 28.08.2006 from one Ananda Perumal, S/o.Avaniyappa Gramani. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in respect of the above said lands, patta has been issued wrongly in favour of one Narayanasamy, S/o.Muniyan, in T.K.8A/580/1418 dated 22.11.2012. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 08.04.2015 to the 2nd respondent and he has not been favoured with any kind of response and hence, submitted another representation to the 1st respondent on 05.10.2015 and despite the receipt and acknowledgment of the same, no orders have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been passed and hence, came forward to file the present writ petition.

Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the address details of Mr.Narayanasamy, S/o.Muniyan, is not made known to the petitioner, he is unable to array him as a party to this writ petition and prays for appropriate orders.

This Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2015 as well as act on the communication of the 1st respondent in the Request Petition No.MA/15/16826 dated 05.10.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the person/s concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person/s concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
