C.M.P. No. 18585 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR104312 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Since, the first and second respondents have remained ex parte before the Tribunal, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to the first and second respondents and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first and second respondents is dispensed with.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
