Despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, when the matter was called in the forenoon session. Thus, the matter was passed over. Even when the matter was called again in the afternoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on earlier dates of hearing i.e., on 02.09.2025, 16.09.2025, 28.10.2025 & 25.11.2025, when this Court had directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".
