This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7 that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m." in the order dated 27.08.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.10991 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.494 of 2018.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence, had directed the petitioner to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the past 4 years the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the Court. The petitioner was terminated from his service and now he is working as Security guard to meet out his livelihood. Due to the above condition, he finds it difficult to attend the Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, thereby his payment denied. Hence, he prays to relax the condition imposed on 27.08.2018.

4. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 27.08.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.10991 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.494 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in six months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
