Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation at 28.05.2024 and 09.06.2024, made for granting permission / certificate of vending and till such time not to disturb with the running of the petitioner's Running Bunk Shop at Near Saidapet Metro Station, Mount Road, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015. Wherein selling tea, coffee and food items by uisng LPG Gas Stove.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.05.2024 and 09.06.2024 for granting permission of vending and till such time not to disturb with the running of the petitioner's Running Bunk Shop at Near Saidapet Metro Station, Mount Road, Saidapet, Chennai, wherein selling tea, coffee and food items by using LPG gas stove.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
