ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and already they have approached the Arbitrator. Still the respondent police are disturbing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint, summon was served on the petitioners for enquiry, however, the petitioners did not appear for enquiry.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and 2/5

also perused the materials available on record.

5. Since no adverse order is being passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

6. It is seen that on receipt of complaint, the respondent police has issued summons to the petitioners for enquiry and it is the duty of the petitioners to co-operate for the enquiry.

7. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

8. The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry.
