This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to ensure that the Artistic, Tumbling and Trampoline Gymnastics Championship for the year 2024-25 is conducted only in a place where all facilities for conducting gymnastics events are available as pr norms prescribed with all safety features.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
