The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 11.01.2016 given by the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already given a complaint in CSR.No.137 of 2015 and after due enquiry, it has been closed. But, this complaint has been given on 11.01.2016.
3.Considering the rival submission made on both sides, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.
