Crl.M.P.No.14549 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15667 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15667 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the case has been taken up in PRC No.103 of 2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15667 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, every day at 10.30 am for a period of one week and 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
