ORDER

This petition is filed, praying to call for the records in X Crime No.80 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Having heard the exhaustive arguments put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioners, when this Court is about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission as sought for is granted. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition along with connected Crl.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking note of the fact that the investigation is still pending from the year 2010 onwards, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.80 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and file the final report.
