This Petition has been filed to punish the Respondents for his wilful disobedience in not complying with the order of this Court dated 07.03.2022 (corrected as per the order of this Court dated 04.04.2022) in W.P.No.10516 of 2011.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submitted that as against the impugned order passed in W.P.No.10516 of 2011 dated 07.03.2022, the Respondent has preferred W.A.No.912 of 2023, wherein by order dated 24.04.2023, the impugned order was modified.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent that the impugned order passed in W.P.No.10516 of 2011 dated 07.03.2022 has already been modified, this Contempt Petition is closed.
