The petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. in Crime No.957 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent herein. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in Crime No.957 of 2018, the respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.1272 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this present petition.
