This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent, no one appeared for the 2nd respondent. The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

3. Considering the submissions made and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 17.10.2024.

5. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the CMA and post it for admission on 18.10.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

6. If the cost is not paid on or before 17.10.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis without further reference to this Court.
