This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13320 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15792 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice in a week ie., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13320 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15792 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.
