This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 30.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6231 of 2021 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur on 20.01.2022 for offenses under Section 147, 148, 427, 506(2), 323 and 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the final report has been filed as against 11 accused persons. It was further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file. The final report along with all the materials was also furnished before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Contempt Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Page No. 2/3

learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks.
