This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14461 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
