This petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Kaviveerappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, who has no serious objections.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
