ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to survey the land and lay the boundary stone to the petitioner's property in Survey No.64/4C1A4 admeasuring about 0.34.0 Hectare, Shoolagir Village of Sholagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District as per challan dated 12.10.2020 and his representation dated 10.01.2022. 1/3

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted representation on 10.01.2022 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries of the land comprised in Survey No.64/4C1A4 admeasuring about 0.34.0 Hectare, Shoolagir Village of Sholagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
