ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2.This petition is filed only to set aside the conditional order i.e. to deposit Rs.50,000/- as a surety to recall the warrant, issued against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent conceded that the conditional order dated 22.12.2009 passed in C.M.P. No.5403 of 2009 in C.C. No.287 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri wherein directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- may be deleted as prayed for in the Criminal Original Petition, but the learned counsel prayed for direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri to dispose of the main case within six months.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the above said submission made by the respondent counsel. 5.Therefore, in the order dated 22.12.2009 wherein a condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of C.C. No.287 of 2009 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is deleted and the same is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to produce two sureties for re-calling the non bailable warrant before the Judicial Magistrate and the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri is also directed to dispose of the main case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
