I do not think that it would be necessary to issue notice in the present application since it has been filed to correct the schedule of the property, which had been given in the plaint.

2.Though boundaries had been given, which are sufficient under Order 7 Rule 3 of CPC, in a suit on land, unfortunately, the door number had not been given. Now, by this application, the door number is sought to be included in the schedule. The door number as given is Old Door No.23, New Door No.228B, Kilpauk Garden Road Lane, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010. 3.This application stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the schedule to the plaint and the amended plaint copy may be filed.

4.Call the main suit on 29.09.2022.
