This petition has been filed to amend the respondent as Inspector of Police, Vikiramangalam Police Station, Ariyalur District instead of Inspector of Police, T.Palur Police Station, Ariyalur District in Crl.O.P.No.20405 of 2022 dated 29.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.20405 of 2022, dated 29.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
