This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners should stay at Yercaud and report before Yercaud Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13196 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13196 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
