This petition has been filed challenging the dismissal of the application filed by the petitioner seeking for relaxation of condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
