This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3175 of 2023 in para 10 of the order that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, (out of which, one should be the blood surety, who should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram and on further conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the blood relative of the petitioner is not willing to stand as surety for the petitioner and hence, she is not able to enjoy the fruits of bail order. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition. 1/3

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect as follows:- "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram"

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3175 of 2023 vide order dated 14.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 07.09.2023 rpp 2/3
