Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION No.F.1(A) / Estt./ Discip,/ 2019/ 179 dated 03.06.2019, quash the same and direct the respondents to step up the pay on par with my Junior Mr.Balasubramanian from the due date and grant notional increment from the year 2013 and also annual increment for the year 2014 with monetary benefits till the date of retirement of the petitioner and consequently re-fix the pension payable to the petitioner from the due date.
